These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Grizzly Electrical Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our SMS text messaging service. By contacting us or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Grizzly Electrical Solutions provides residential and commercial electrical services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including installation, repair, troubleshooting, panel upgrades, and related electrical work.
2. SMS Messaging Program
By texting our number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Grizzly Electrical Solutions related to your service request. Messages may include estimate details, appointment information, project follow-ups, and other communications related to your job.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your inquiry and active jobs. Most conversations involve fewer than 10 messages.
- Message & data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

Carrier support: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, and most major US carriers are supported. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Estimates
Estimates provided via SMS are based on the information you supply and are not a guaranteed price. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after our technician assesses the work. A 50% deposit may be required for jobs over $5,000.
4. Appointments and Scheduling
Scheduling requests made via SMS are subject to our availability. Confirmation of an appointment date and time is provided separately. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances, with reasonable notice to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grizzly Electrical Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our SMS service or reliance on information provided via text message.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
